Obituary for Lucille Campbell McLeod

Lucille Campbell McLeod was born 25 July 1925 in Kitchener Ontario, Canada. She was one of three children of Mr. & Mrs. Angus Campbell.

She was married to her beloved husband, Pierce Henry McLeod, in 1948 and they lived a full life together for 64 years. She was a loved and proud mother to Campbell of Northport, Michigan; David of Rochester, Michigan; Francey of Saratoga Springs, New York.

Lucille was also the loving Nana to her five grandchildren Ian, Emma (Campbell & Kris), Andrew, Alexandra (David & Charlene), and Grace (Francey & John Pellerin), whom she all adored.

Lou enjoyed highland dance and summers on the beach as a child; then sailing, skiing, and travel with Pierce in later years. She also enjoyed reading and walking, as well as the love of her family.

She performed volunteer work at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak for many years. She was also a P.E.O. sister, and a member of the Northbrook Presbyterian Church in Beverly Hills, Michigan.

Lucille passed away peacefully on the 15th of December 2017, at the age of 92 with her loving family around her.

A memorial service in honor of Mrs. McLeod will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6th at Northbrook Presbyterian Church, 22055 W.14 Mile Rd, Beverly Hills, MI, 48025.
