Obituary for Lori Kay Nagle

Lori Kay Nagle of Royal Oak died peacefully May 27, 2019. She was 61 years old. Lori was born September 12, 1957 in Royal Oak, to Esther (nee Borg) and Mac McPhee.

Lori graduated from Marian High School in 1975 and received her Bachelor’s in Advertising from Michigan State University in 1979. On November 15, 1980, Lori married Christopher Nagle, beginning a marriage that would span nearly 39 years and bless them with 6 children.

An active member of Highland Park Baptist Church and Southfield Christian School, Lori enjoyed bowling but especially loved spending time up north with her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, and friend who was deeply loved and will be sorely missed.

Lori is survived by her beloved husband, Chris and children, Brad (Leah) Nagle, Patrick Nagle, Casey (Anna) Nagle, Kelli (Jon) Moon, Lauren (Marcus) Del Negro, and Paige Nagle. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, her mother, Esther McPhee, sister, Cheryl Culver and mother-in-law, Loretta (Jim) Ryan. Lori is preceded in death by her father, Mac McPhee.

Friends may visit at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 1368 N. Crooks Road (between 14-15 Mile Rds.), Thursday, May 30th, 3-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Highland Park Baptist Church, 28600 Lahser Road, Southfield, Friday, May 31st at 10am. Burial will follow in Oakview Cemetery in Royal Oak.
