Obituary for John Charles Moons

Oh, what a life!

John Charles Moons of Clawson passed away October 24th, 2019. He was 66 years old. John was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 6, 1953. He is the Beloved son of the late John and Myrtle (Belz) Moons .

John was truly a one-of-a-kind guy, known for being compassionate, fun-loving and generous. His charisma was undeniable and he was always the life of the party. John was a dancing machine (literally!) and never turned down an opportunity to show off his moves. When he wasn’t busy dancing, John enjoyed spending time fishing and grilling out on his Weber Grill. Above all else, John was an incredible grandpa who loved nothing more than spending time with his three beautiful granddaughters. John also made an impact on many if his daughter's friends lives. He welcomed anyone into his home.

John was the Beloved husband of Jane, Dear father to Courtney (William) Peach, Cherished grandfather of Destiny, Madison and Payton. Adored brother to Marilyn Bissell (Dick Benke) , Christine (Ken) Swain, and Kenneth (Connie) Moons, Son-in-law of Robert and the late Jaqueline Kleinstiver. Brother-in-law to Connie and the late Ronald Kleinstiver , Richard (Lori) Kleinstiver and Robert (Linda) Kleinstiver, and the late Randall Kleinstiver . Sister-in-law Mary Kleinstiver . Fun loving Uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
